In Alto’s, you can assign open tickets to another employee. To do so:
- First, go to the list of open/saved tickets by tapping the Open Tickets button on the sale screen.
- Find the ticket that you want to assign and open it by tapping on it.
- To assign the ticket to another employee, tap the vertical ellipsis (⋮) and select Assign ticket.
- Select the employee to whom you want to assign the ticket and tap Assign Ticket.
Alternatively, you can assign open tickets while you are in the open tickets list. To do so:
- Go to the list of open/saved tickets by tapping the Open Tickets button.
- Tap the Edit button in the upper right corner.
- Now select the ticket(s) which you want to assign to another employee and tap the Assign () icon.
- Next, Select the employee to whom you want to assign the ticket and tap Assign Ticket.
