How to Set Up a Customer Loyalty Program in Alto’s POS

A customer loyalty program is a marketing strategy that rewards loyal customers that frequently use your products or service. By rewarding recurring engagement, you can increase customer loyalty and ensure continuous growth for your business.

  1. From the Back Office interface, go to Settings > Loyalty.
  1. Edit the ‘%’ field according to your preference to set the percentage of the purchase amount to be credited to the points account of the customer and tap ‘Save’.

Now you have set up your Loyalty program and your customers can collect bonus points and enjoy using your products or services.
