How to Delete Customer Profiles from the Customer List

A key driver of your company’s value is the value of your customers. A customer database allows you to analyze and create the appropriate marketing plan for your product or service, as well as offer discounts and loyalty programs to customers.

A customer profile can be deleted only via the Back Office. Alto’s POS users with access to only the Point of Sale interface are unable to delete customer profiles.

  1. From the Back Office interface go to Customers > Customer list > and click it.
  1. Select a customer from the list and tap the red Delete button at the top right corner.
  1. Tap Confirm in the pop-up dialogue box to delete the customer profile.
