- In order to switch the user account from one employee to another without exiting from the Alto’s POS app, go to the main menu and click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) at the top and tap the Lock Screen button.
- Next, a different user/employee can enter his or her PIN to the PIN pad and access the Alto’s POS app account.
- Now, you can view which user is logged in to the app account by clicking the vertical ellipsis (⋮) at the top of the menu.
